Prior to becoming a Licensed Realtor® and Broker, Paulette Egler enjoyed a business career spanning more than 25 years in the areas of Human Resources, Public Relations, Marketing, Contract Negotiations and Risk Management.  Paulette was also the owner of a consulting firm that represented clients to financial institutions and private-sector investors to obtain start-up and expansion capital.

She is a licensed Realtor® since 1997 and a Broker since 2001 in the contiguous states of Mississippi and Louisiana.  During 1997 through 2001 and prior to launching REALTYcom in 2001 Paulette was affiliated with Stirling Properties in their Commercial Division, Coldwell-Banker and Prudential Properties. She is a Broker Member, as well as an Officer on the Board for the third straight year, of the Pearl River (Mississippi) Board of Realtors.  Paulette has served as Chairperson of the Board's Smart Growth Committee and is a Member of the Board's MLS Committee.  Paulette also Chaired the New Building Committee for the Pearl River Board of Realtors. 

Paulette is a Member of the Mississippi Association of Realtors, the Northshore Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) in Louisiana, the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.  She is completing coursework to become a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) through the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.  Personal and professional references will be cheerfully provided upon request.

In 2009, Paulette was honored, by invitation of the Selection Committee with Partners for Pearl River County, to participate in a one-year "Partners in Leadership" program.  The program has been awarded the prestigious American Society for Training and Development designation, New Orleans Chapter.  It educates civic-minded Pearl River County business leaders about local, County and State government, economic development, health and human services, history and arts, environment, education and contemporary leadership.
    
She is a past Board Member of the St. Francis Animal Sanctuary in Tylertown, Mississippi and remains affiliated with her local Pearl River County SPCA.  She encourages everyone to work diligently on behalf of homeless, unwanted and special-needs companion animals wherever they may live.  REALTYcom is a proud sponsor of the SPCA and Paulette always encourages others to support the Pearl River County SPCA in its' tireless efforts. 

Paulette and her husband are the parents of four sons and delight in their three wonderful daughters-in-law and five grandchildren.  As empty-nesters, Paulette and Tom share their home in Picayune with several "four-legged friends" and wish to remind all responsible pet owners to spay and neuter.  Please encourage your family and friends to do likewise.
